It's Time To Think About Scarecrows!

Psst... this is a post for Moms! After all, the kids can't be the only ones to have some fall crafting fun!

As you can see, I'm getting an early start on my holiday decorating plans! My house is filled with overflowing boxes, bundles of flowers and an explosion of crafting supplies. My kitties are having a great time bouncing in and out of the boxes and wreaking havoc on the bundles of my crafting stash!

I live in the desert, but I hail from the mid-west, so fall at my house means it's time to bring out the scarecrows! I have quite a collection of dolls that I've made in seasons past. I just found a stash of cow print that I'm getting ready to make into the newest addition to my collection.

As you can see, I have perfected the pattern... once I figured out how to assemble the dolls, I just used different fabrics and kept on creating!

I really enjoy spending time in the craft stores at this time of year. Since I enjoy shopping for supplies so much, I am planning some kits for you to be able to make your own set of designer scarecrows. I'm burning some midnight oil, and will have the kits available by the end of this week.
